Q: What about Shipping?

A- Please allow 3-5 days for production of item(s). Depending on delivery location shipping can take 1-3 weeks for standard delivery and up to 10 days for Express shipping.

Q: What are your hours?

A- We are open Monday - Saturday 9am-7pm Ct

Q: Are shoes true to size?

A- Slide shoes turn small, it is recommended to size up 2 sizes from reg shoe size for best fit and comfort.  ex: normally wear women's 6 , order women's size 8

Q: I would like to order a pair of slides with my child's art work on them, can this be done?

A- YES! If you have a design request please use the contact us form to initiate discussion with us for what you would like to have created. Please note additional manufacturing time maybe needed depending on the complexity of your request.
